Rules, fees, schedules, examinations, recognition status, program availability and other academic matters may change from time to time. The latest official information of the concerned institution should be relied upon for final confirmation.

Program names, duration, eligibility, fees, curriculum, delivery mode and other information displayed on our website or communicated during counselling are provided for guidance and may be subject to change by the concerned institution.

• University/board fees and consultancy/service charges may be separate.
• Any fee payable to a university, board or other institution is subject to that institution's rules.
• Users are responsible for providing correct payment and applicant information.
• Where a consultancy/service fee has been agreed for a service that has commenced or has been substantially performed, that service fee may be non-refundable, subject to the specific Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Refunds or cancellations, where applicable, will be handled according to the relevant university/board rules, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the nature and stage of the service, and applicable law.

Any amount already paid directly to a university, board or third party is generally governed by that institution's own refund rules.

• Complete required forms, fees, examinations and academic activities within the prescribed timelines.

A TO Z SOLUTION provides guidance and support but cannot guarantee a particular examination result, grade, promotion, certificate, employment outcome or academic performance where the outcome depends on the student's performance or the decision of a university, board or other authority.
